When April arrives, and the ski season is winding down, there is a little light at the end of the tunnel that ensures that the boys won't feel bad about the melting snow. That little light is : BASEBALL! April, May, and June mean our house is filled with stinky cleats, grass-stained pants, and sweaty ball caps.
Here in Morgan County, they have the "Major League" for the 11 & 12 year olds, and the "Minor League" for the 9 & 10 year olds. So Porter and Taylor are in different leagues this year, but they both happened to get on the Dodgers teams in their leagues. That meant a very happy Dodger-loving-Porter, and a grinning-and-bearing-it Angel-loving Taylor.
Even though Taylor would rather wear "red," he looks pretty cute in his Dodger blue!
